This place belongs in the bad pub guide. Shabby customer service. Staff exercise poor judgement and are unable to distinguish between a customer who is very pissed and one who is very pissed off. Avoid, unless you want cheap food only, and having said that, there are many better, cleaner places to go in Ayr.
